How much of a time commitment is this program?

The Finding Foodease Program is specifically designed with the understanding that you don’t have all day to slave over the stove. The recipes are easy and don’t require you to spend hours in the kitchen or shop for obscure ingredients.  

The videos are short and to the point and can be viewed at your leisure. Likewise, worksheets and action items are quick to complete, and provide you with the steps to make your food decisions easy and habitual. This component should take you less than 1 hour each week, and you will make up that time and more by implementing the batch cooking strategies. 

Will I be hungry?

Definitely not! You will eat real food and feel completely satisfied. 

Do I have to shop at special stores or eat all organic? 

No. Although I recommend organic when possible, that is not required for success in this program. All ingredients, or a suitable alternative, are easy to find at your local grocery store. This is meant to fit into your lifestyle!  

What if I have a question?
