How much of a time commitment is this program?

The Pain Free Naturally Program is specifically designed with the understanding that you don’t have all day to spend watching videos or slaving over the stove. The lessons are short and to the point, the action tasks are relevant and exactly what you need to make progress, and the recipes (if you choose to use them) are easy and delicious and don’t require you to spend hours in the kitchen or shop for obscure ingredients. Attending the weekly calls is highly beneficial to get you the direct support that you need, but there will be a recording for any that you need to miss.

I've had joint pain for years and have already been diagnosed with arthritis. Will this program help me?

Absolutely! This program is designed to help you reduce joint pain regardless of how long you have been experiencing it. It will help to remove the barriers you didn't know were there so that you can move forward and make lasting progress.
